It is summer and many are preparing for Summer Holidays. No work, no school. Simply enjoying the goodies; be it in the own country or abroad.
School is out.........and I have noticed that many kids celebrate very intense the last school day.
Teachers organised special games and comedies in order to bring a good feeling with the kids. The last school day. Then it is shaking hands and say a 'goodbye and have a great time' and see you over an eight weeks again.....
Well, something similar happened to me the other day.
There was the last training at the KION (Dog Training) Center in Haaften.
Yes, ..........

Gunilla (my personal coach) brought the news that during Summer Holidays there is no training........

Hanna upset

Ooooh, how could she!!! It is such a pleasure every week and now especially since Kiang is joining too!
This announcement was upsetting me very much. You can see it on my face in the picture on the right.
No training and meeting all these nice and kind four-legged - and two legged creatures.....
How can I sustain all this?
Alright, everybody deserves some holidays...but must that be so long? Eight long weeks and I'm such a dynamic and active and eager-to-learn Chow. And how about my regular reports on my favourite Chow Chow Portal ? Can you sustain an eight weeks without me?
Okay, a promise..... Don't worry, I will ensure a regular update!!!
This last Wednesday it was the first time that there was no training. Well, someone told me about Chow Dancing.....
So I started to have my own private lessons and study Chow Dancing. See the Image Gallery on the bottom of this page.

Xiong and Hanna, bone crunching

Look now left and see me with my half-sister 'Xiong'. We are really 'two of a kind'. Xiong is a fawn coloured smooth Chow girl.
See us here crunching a bone while we are laying side-by-side. That picture was taken very early morning just after breakfast. I can tell you that early means really early here at the place I'm living. That is in Tiel (The Netherlands) as I wrote earlier. The picture is of a medium quality since the curtains in the living were still closed and flashlight isn't always giving great pictures.
We regular lay side-by-side and yes, we both can be obedient
Anyway, Xiong and I love to tease each other and when we have the chance we run like crazy after each other.
In the future blogs I promise to show more about Xiong and me and of course the rest of the Chow family.

It's me.
Yes, I'm Hanna!
