See me crunching a bone. Yes, I love to do that.
That picture was taken in the living last week and in the image gallery (scroll down) you can see some more where I'm together with my half sister Xiong.
Summer 2009.......
So far the weather wasn't that good. We had lots of rain. The consequence was that the four of us mainly were in the house. A Chow in the rain and getting wet paws? Hmmm, I don't care that much. More problematic is that my coat get wet and as a girl that is something I don't like.
On the other hand I love to be outside in the garden and preferrably together with Xiong or with Kiang. Even better: With both! Running and running and having fun. But I know......we have to be careful too. When Shadow is in the garden and when I start teasing him he growls a bit and is ignoring me. No big fun.... Probably that is the case with all daddies in the world, being very serious, when talking about their daughters.
In a couple of days Peter will have his holidays. That is sounding very good and when the weather is fine (not to warm and no rain) then there are some nice 'happy days' ahead.

Talking about 'daddy' and now I mean the two legged one and not my father 'Shadow'. I'm talking about Peter, the boss at our place. He is also known as DutchChow.
What about him?
Ooooh, it is July 13 and today he is celebrating his birthday!!! Our DutchChow. Guess what...today will be a Chow Day and sure we get all kind of delicious snacks to eat.
What do you think? Am I Daddy's Girl??? Look at me and him, while I'm sitting on his lap.
Yes, he is special and having lots of activities. That ranks from his business to all kind of hobbies and interests. Food and taste and enjoying life. And of course; "Chow Chows" ! He travels a lot too. It is not for nothing that he has as motto: "Let's Flavour The World !".
I spoke about the bad weather so far. Next to Peter's birthday it looks like that the weather is changing into more sunshine for the next period of time.
